Yes, I provide nutrition coaching to help you develop healthy eating habits that compliment your fitness goals.

What are the cost of each session?

I offer a variety of training sessions and depending on the amout of days, cost may vary but average week (Mon-Fri) will range between $50 to $70.

What are the cost of meals?

Each meal is prepared specifically to your order when placed. Each meal comes with different proteins but depending on what protein you choose, the cost will vary between $6 to $8 each dish.

Do you train on the weekends?

Yes, but cost will vary between Saturday or Sunday.

If I pay for the week but can not train for any reason, do I get a refund?

No, but if you need to move sessions to the following week, there will be a small fee and depending on availability, times will vary.
